What a Feast for the Palate...

Heiko and Kerstin, child-free this weekend, have gone off together and I took the opportunity to head down to Radebeul to visit the restaurant whose owner I happened to meet last October while walking past his place. "Back then" the restaurant wasn't open yet, so I decided to visit it today...

Oooooh my God...what a culinary delight...and Robert, the owner, chef, server, sommelier, ...is amazing! I want to firmly integrate the passion he has for cooking into my life 🙏

And the wine, from here in the region, just like the game that the ribs came from, is to die for...❤️

And meanwhile playing out here, I'm smoking, Elvis with "Look like a angel" ....😍

After a Scheuerrebe (42%) to Robert and 280 Hm (elevation meters 🤣) later...now arrived at Frankie and for dessert the filled streusel from Oli, the new baker from Meißen here in AltLindenau, an eggnog (Thanks Muuuschiiieeeh 😘), a little something and off to bed...
