Yeah, the day really started well this morning.... and then chaos broke out.
So somehow 40 people stormed this site and then with giant machines and small machines and with hand scythes and whatever....I dunno...
The essential part, so I'm actually still just before the border of Bulgarien!
Now at a rest area, somehow parallel to the highway!
I can look back on the hammer tour, I'm calling it the "Janine Tour," so briefly detained at the Serbian border, was a misunderstanding then, had a totally crazy tour, with of course incredibly beautiful pictures, so I drove through 42 tunnels, saw seven lakes and I think I crossed eight rivers, or rather just followed them for a bit, that was really impressive!
I made it through!
I figure when I arrive in Bulgarien tomorrow where I want to arrive, namely just before Sofia, there's a place there, I picked it out or Kilian picked it out for me, I'll check it out and then I'll see.
So like I said, here Serbien was a total disaster for me! For Frankie and me of course a driving challenge without equal and that's why I've now completely rocked through the route.
That's why it's a "Janine Tour," because an incredible number of kilometers, with getting lost in between, and still saw an incredible amount of beautiful things and even LAUGHING while doing it!
So at the beginning too, when they detained me, I laughed because I thought it was a joke! I kept asking where the camera was!?
Well, maybe it'll become a short story! So for now, all good! Now the huge thunderstorm that I've been driving away from the whole time is coming. It's catching up with me now!
I'm going to make myself a sandwich now, drink another beer, smoke another one and then I'm hitting the sack!
I wish you a fantastic start to this evening, a big fat grin and more and then "Well, typical!" will surely come from one or another of you....
