Truthfulness

Dear people, morning. Yes, today there's just another voice message from me. Is there a specific reason why? Yes, you remember, I was completely unexpectedly fired when I was in Croatia at Olaf's ranch, and the payslip, which then came late, apart from being delayed, had among other things the lovely information for me that part of my salary had simply been withheld. I then spoke with my super wonderful lawyer Thomas, who said, that's totally great, we'll not only get that back, but we can even expand on it. That was two months ago. I've just spoken on the phone with the secretary, who explained to me that she doesn't understand at all why I'm calling, because I should have been informed long ago that the mandate will not be taken on. In the meantime, I tried to reach Thomas every week, each time being turned down with the note that he's on vacation, working from home, at court and elsewhere, whereupon I of course wrote in my hehl to remind him that perhaps deadlines should be met or, or, or. I'm not a lawyer. With my text three days ago, concerning the topic of truthfulness, the universe now comes around the corner and says, you can cross another person out of your life. Which I actually did with an email today, I asked Thomas to delete my contact details. I've already deleted them and will of course now have the problem resulting from this that I probably won't be able to take action against this dismissal anymore and won't receive the money I'm entitled to expect either. Crazy situation. And yet I'm sitting here with a smile, since I just had a conversation with a Bulgarian, 28 years old, funny, exactly the same age as my kids, who spoke with me so openly and clearly and unambiguously that I was totally thrilled and still am, who will also support me. That's crazy. Life has humor. Or as my grandmother said, God has humor and a mean left hook. Exactly, I wanted to share that with you and of course it will have an impact on my future journey, I think. On the other hand, I contacted someone who already offered me two months ago to contact someone in his network, so a female lawyer, who will certainly be happy to take on this mandate. I, in old loyalty to Thomas, to whom I've brought I don't know how many clients over the last 20 years, without somehow saying they're coming from me, decided against it just as I am, namely loyal, and said, it's nice to somehow have such a great, wonderful lawyer in reserve, since I know that Thomas sometimes forgets a few things here and there, that's okay, that's human, I grant that to everyone, because of my loyalty I said, no, I'll stay with Thomas. Some decisions that are made out of loving commitment, integrity, honesty and loyalty turn out, as in this case now too, to be totally stupid. And on the other hand, also exactly not, because what I'm learning now in recent weeks, months, since I've been on the road, is that people who stand before you and tell you that they're your friends and will always support you and that they'll accompany you etc. blah blah and think what you're doing is great, the moment they're challenged, they simply disappear, don't react and are also so cowardly that they don't even do it themselves, but commission someone to tell you that. This axiom, one cannot not communicate, finds perfect reflection in this little story. I wish you today on Friday to pause briefly, consider what you stand for, what your values are and ideally to be surrounded only by people who sincerely share these values with you. I wish you one more smile and a fantastic continuation of this afternoon. Have a good time and peaceful, joyful moments. Big hug. Until then.
